This narrative review examines target regions for non-invasive brain stimulation of the language network in primary progressive aphasia. The review synthesizes evidence from neuroanatomy, language-network models, neuroimaging, and stimulation studies to identify candidate regions that may support intervention planning. By considering the heterogeneity of primary progressive aphasia and the distributed organization of language networks, the article highlights the importance of selecting stimulation targets that are informed by pathology, network involvement, and clinical presentation.
