In light of the importance of interdisciplinary research, BrainConnects 2016 will bring together researchers from the fields of robotics, bioinformatics, neuropsychology and social work. This conference will allow aging researchers and neuroimaging specialists to exchange ideas and form international collaborations. Interdisciplinary communications will open the door for application of neuroscience, biomedical engineering and social science findings to prognosis, diagnosis and interventions for deficits in the elderly population.
