Defining the Science of Learning: A Scoping Review

Abstract

This article synthesizes a working definition of the Science of Learning by performing an exhaustive review of all previously published definitions. Findings from this article support effective communication between stakeholders about what the Science of Learning is and can inform the scope of educational programs and funding calls.
